The Western Australian government has dedicated $20.58 million worth of investment to fund three new projects.
Minster for Regional Development, Terry Redman, said the funding would greatly benefit the region.
"The fund is helping build a social and infrastructure platform for the region's economic development and will drive growth and new investment," Redman said.
"Royalties for Regions is investing in initiatives that deliver tangible benefits to regional communities."
Projects include the Kalgoorlie Central Hannan Precinct revitalisation project, new Goldfields Rehabilitation Services and the Killarney Retirement Living project.
The Killarney Retirement Living project will construct 45 independent living accommodation units for pensioners.
"I would like to congratulate the Goldfields-Esperance Development Commission for their hard work to ensure the projects are robust and will deliver significant benefits to the region," he said.
Previous projects supported by the Goldfields-Esperance Revitalisation Fund include the Hopetoun Community Centre and Goldfields Arts Centre.
The projects are begin supported by the Royalties for Regions program.
